WHAT IS ESAHA?

eSaha is a telehealth service that helps individuals, who lack reliable access to the

health care system, inquire about any non-emergency medical issue and accordingly

receive professional advice from a global network of volunteer medical providers.

CAN I USE IT?

eSaha is currently available to Syrian migrants who are over the age of 15 and reside in either
the Middle East, North Africa, or Europe.

We intend to scale, in the near future, to include Syrians located elsewhere and patients from other underserved remote communities.

HOW TO GET HELP?

We're currently beta-testing the automated Messenger platform that connects you to Nurse Lina. She will be your first and primary contact, documenting your medical concerns and gathering relevant health data, to put together your medical case and forward it to an eSaha doctor.

In the meantime, feel free to reach out, via Facebook or Email, so we can directly connect you to one of our providers.

eSaha services are entirely FREE of charge!

This is made possible through major support

from UCLA alumni, Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS), and medical providers who generously volunteered their time and expertise to help with this effort.

IS IT SAFE TO USE?

We greatly value your privacy. We keep all communication forms anonymous and do not actively collect personal data. We also limit access to your medical case to a select team of eSaha moderators and authenticated providers.

We urge you, as extra precaution, to refrain from sharing any text or photo with name and contact info details.
